Service Overview

Z8VPN Service Principles

Z8VPN offers an international connectivity subscription for people who use international websites, AI tools and region-specific streaming services. The focus is on choosing an exit region, connecting through client apps and providing clear billing—not treating the number of routes as a measure of real-world performance.

Choose an international exit route for your needs

The service covers 100+ countries and 210+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Connect an unlimited number of devices at the same time. Before choosing a route, check the region requirements of the service you want to use, then compare IEPL, relay and direct connections. Time zones and cities can help identify an exit location, but do not guarantee speed. Access also depends on the target platform’s regional and account rules.

A monthly subscription may suit regular use. For occasional use, consider a data package that remains valid until used and never expires. See the plan details for a comparison.

Support and Refunds

If you have connection issues, first check your subscription status, client settings and local network, then try another route. When submitting a support ticket, include the platform, selected region, issue and steps you have already tried. Do not send your password or full subscription URL. See the quick start guide for setup steps and the Help Center for common questions.

Z8VPN offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. See the refund policy for eligibility and details.

Privacy and Minimal Data Collection

Z8VPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Account information is collected only as needed to provide subscriptions, process billing and resolve support requests. No email address is required; a username and password are enough to create an account. Troubleshooting materials should also follow the principle of data minimization: redact personal information and credentials before sharing screenshots. Read the Privacy Policy for details about data handling, and the Terms of Service for usage limits.
